Needed space
A new bedroom gives the household practical living space instead of a temporary workaround.

The family needed more usable living space without making the new construction feel disconnected from the existing home.
BFF built a 281 square foot addition containing a new bedroom and bathroom, carrying the work from framing and enclosure through roofing, insulation, exterior finish, and the completed bathroom.
Permit BLD-26-00154A new bedroom gives the household practical living space instead of a temporary workaround.
