Full demolition
Two floors taken down to the remaining partitions, with the storefront protected from the street.

BFF Construction and Design built the Logan Hollowell jewelry boutique in Beverly Hills from the design by Broskin Studio. The two-story space was fully demolished down to the remaining partitions and rebuilt: new walls and partitions, restrooms, a kitchen, a safe room, air conditioning, electrical, alarm and security systems, and new floors. BFF led the work with our own crew, bringing in specialty subcontractors where needed.
The signature of the store is its walls. Flowing, sculpted walls and ceilings turn the boutique into a soft, cave-like path from the street to the client lounge. Every curve was formed and shaped by hand on site, then finished in seamless microcement. At the entrance, the floor is polished concrete with seashells set into it.
