What qualifies for the advertised prices?

A single-story home with safe access. The cleaning add-on covers up to 150 total linear feet of gutters without gutter guards and with ordinary debris. Send the property address and photos so we can confirm eligibility before booking.

Additional stories, longer gutter runs, gutter guards, heavy buildup and blocked downspouts require a separate quote agreed before work. Roof-surface cleaning, repairs, sealing and materials are not included.

LEAK CONCERNS?

Tell us what you have noticed.

The inspection can document visible signs of leaks and possible entry points. Hidden-source diagnosis, water testing, opening walls or roofing, and repairs require a separate scope. This is a visual maintenance check, not a roof certification or a guarantee against future leaks.
